1. Who processes your data

The data controller is:

This policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and sets out how data of website visitors is processed.

2. What we collect

The site has no sign-up or enquiry forms. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or any other contact details. When you visit, the following is processed automatically:

• the IP address of your device;
• browser and device details (user agent, screen width);
• the page you arrived from and the campaign tag in the link (the ?s= parameter);
• an anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser so that one visit is not counted twice;
• on-site actions: page views, scroll depth, clicks on pricing buttons and on the link to the messenger, and the time of the visit.

3. What we do NOT collect

• Anything you type into the demo (your business description, chat links, message texts) is never sent to the server and never stored — it lives only in your browser and disappears when you close the page.
• We do not collect special categories of personal data or biometric data.
• We do not knowingly collect data from minors; the site is intended for business owners.

4. Why we need this data

• to measure traffic and interest in the service;
• to see which advertising sources work;
• to improve the content and performance of the site.

We do not use this data to make decisions about individuals, we do not build personal profiles, and we do not send advertising as a result of your visit.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by pressing “Accept” in the statistics notice (art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ), and on the legitimate interest of the controller in operating the website (art. 6(1)(7)). No statistics are collected before consent is given.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) for two things: to keep an anonymous visitor identifier and to remember your chosen colour theme. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) and no tracking pixels.

You can opt out by pressing “Essential only” in the notice, by clearing your browser storage, or by blocking storage in your browser settings.

7. Where the data is stored

Data is written to and stored on a server located in the Russian Federation (Moscow). No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place. The data localisation requirement of art. 18(5) of 152-FZ is met.

8. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share the collected data with third parties, except where required by law (on a reasoned request from an authorised state body). No external processors are involved.

9. Retention period

Statistical records are kept for no longer than 12 months from the visit and are then deleted. Data is deleted earlier at your request or once the purpose of processing has been achieved.

10. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to request its correction, restriction or deletion, and to withdraw consent. To do so write to bloggers4barter@yandex.ru — we reply within 10 working days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may exercise the equivalent rights under the GDPR through the same address. You may also complain to the Russian supervisory authority (Roskomnadzor) or go to court.

11. Security

Access to the statistics is password protected and limited to the controller. Traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted with HTTPS. The controller applies legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration and disclosure.

12. Changes to this policy

The controller may amend this policy. The current version is always published at mpleads.ru/bot/en/privacy.html. Material changes take effect from the moment of publication.
