Privacy policy

1. Who processes the data

This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and covers visits to mpleads.ru and all its pages.

Sign-up and the Leadolovets dashboard live at app.mpleads.ru. Dashboard user data (email, phone, the connected Telegram account, payments) and the data from Telegram chats processed by the service are covered by the separate dashboard privacy policy (in Russian).

2. What is processed when you visit the site

The site has no forms asking for your name, phone or email. The "Start" buttons lead to the dashboard at app.mpleads.ru. When you visit, the following is processed automatically:

• your device's IP address;
• browser and device details (type, version, screen size, language);
• the page you came from and campaign tags (for example, utm tags);
• identifiers in cookies and browser storage, so one visit is not counted several times;
• actions on the site: pages viewed, scrolling, clicks on buttons and links, time on page.

3. Analytics tools

• Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), including Webvisor, which records on-page actions (scrolling, cursor movement, clicks) so we can see where the site is inconvenient.
• Top.Mail.Ru counter (VK LLC): visit counting.
• The site's own statistics: records of visits and button clicks, stored on our server in Russia.

4. Why we need this data

• measuring traffic and interest in the service;
• evaluating ads and traffic sources;
• fixing errors and improving the site.

We do not use this data to make decisions about a specific person and do not send advertising based on visits.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on the visitor's consent, given by clicking "Accept" in the statistics notice, and on the operator's legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The site stores your chosen colour theme and your answer to the statistics notice. Yandex Metrica and Top.Mail.Ru use their own cookies. "Essential only" turns off the site's own statistics. To block the Yandex and VK counters, disable third-party cookies in your browser or use a blocker; the site will keep working.

7. Storage and transfer

The site's own statistics are stored in Russia and kept for no more than 12 months. Yandex Metrica and Top.Mail.Ru data are stored by those companies under their own rules. We share visitor data only with Yandex LLC and VK LLC as part of these counters, and never sell it.

8. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent by writing to ibuimov@ya.ru. We reply within 10 business days.

9. Changes

The operator may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address and takes effect when published.
